James 3:5-6 (KJV)
5 Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth!
6 And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; andit is set on fire of hell.

Summary & Intro

    Taking the picture of Gehenna to heart, Hell is essentially the burning trash pit of the cosmos… Its is the collection point of every foul thing that left a stench in the nostrils of a Holy God, the receptacle of the filthy rags, the savor-less salt, the end of every dry, withered, and fruitless branch that had been taken to the burn pit after the Mighty Creator cleared and tidied the garden of His creation. This is the divine incinerator, where their worm dieth not, and instead of every finding a cremation point, only finds a suitable transition and empties into the lake of fire and brimstone which burns forever and ever… This burning trash pit, according to scripture, provides the flame, which ignites tongue, which in turn sets ablaze the course and circuit of your life and all those in it.

• How big of a deal is produced by the effects of the tongue? Depends who you ask… if you ask the scripture: it is as big as the great forest that a small fire can consume… 
• it is a world of iniquity…setting aflame the course and sphere of nature and life…
• The tongue defiles the whole body
• The tongue is set on fire of hell!
